REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At NOKA HOME, we want you to love your space. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help. This policy outlines your statutory rights as a consumer and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and defective items.

1. THE 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CHANGING YOUR MIND)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (or elsewhere where we ship), you have the legal right to cancel your order and return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your delivery, for any reason and without justification.

  • To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You are legally allowed to inspect the item as you would in a physical store, but if the product shows signs of use, wear, or damage, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund to cover the diminished value of the goods.
  • Items must be returned with their original packaging and tags, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please submit your request through our dedicated return portal at: https://nokahome.shop/pages/return-form/.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through our portal or email will not be accepted.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & LOGISTICS

For standard 14-day returns (e.g., buyer's remorse, the item doesn't fit your space), the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Because shipping costs vary greatly by product size and destination, we offer flexible return options:

  • Provide Your Own Label: You may use a trusted courier of your choice to ship the item back to our facility at your own expense. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • NOKA HOME Return Label: Depending on your location, we may be able to generate a pre-paid return shipping label for you. If you choose this option, the exact cost of the return shipping will be communicated to you upfront and deducted from your final refund amount.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS (STATUTORY WARRANTY)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@nokahome.shop with photos of the issue.

Under EU law (Rękojmia), you are entitled to a 2-year statutory guarantee for products that have inherent manufacturing defects. If an item is verified as defective or damaged upon arrival, NOKA HOME will cover all shipping costs to repair, replace, or refund the item.

5. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned under the standard 14-day policy. These include:

  • Custom-made, bespoke, or personalized products.
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Personal care goods or unsealed hygiene products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

6. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. REFUNDS PROCESSING

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the return meets our policy conditions, your refund will be approved and automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
