1. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMELINES

We separate our fulfillment process into two stages to give you the most accurate delivery estimates:

  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it takes 24 to 48 hours for our team to carefully verify, pack, and prepare your items for carrier pickup.
  • Transit Time: Standard shipping takes between 5 to 12 business days, depending on the size of the product and the destination country.

*Note: Because some items require special handling, exact delivery timelines vary by product. Please refer to the specific "Shipping and Returns" section on individual product pages (e.g., 5-7 business days or 7-12 business days) for the most accurate estimate.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

We are proud to offer free shipping to the majority of the countries we operate in. For certain regions, a flat-rate shipping fee applies. All shipping costs are automatically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden shipping fees.

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

We want your delivery experience to be completely seamless. Noka Home covers all international duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upfront. The price you pay at checkout is final—you will never be asked to pay additional customs charges or import duties to the carrier upon delivery.

4. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

  • If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, Noka Home will not be responsible for any refund of the purchase price or original shipping costs.
  • If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@nokahome.shop. We will do our absolute best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes once the 24-48 hour processing window has begun.

5. DAMAGED ITEMS & REPLACEMENTS

We take great care in packaging our products, but accidents during transit can happen. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to report it to us.

  • Please contact us at contact@nokahome.shop with photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
  • Upon review, we will dispatch a replacement product to you as quickly as possible, completely free of charge.

6. GENERAL RETURNS & BUYER'S REMORSE

If your item arrives in perfect condition but you decide it isn't the right fit for your space, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • To start a return, please contact us via our website's return form or email us at contact@nokahome.shop to receive return instructions.
  • Please note: Because we are a small business, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping for buyer's remorse (e.g., changing your mind, the item doesn't fit). The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. These fees vary depending on the product type, package dimensions, and your location.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
